PRO: Cash rewards program.

CON: No 0% APR.

Best cash back card. You select the categories where you earn 5% cash back rather than having them assigned like most other cash back cards.

Do I have to be a current US Bank customer to get this card offer? It says "Great Offer for U.S. Bank Customers" on the details summary? I want this card but I don't have an existing U.S. Bank account. Thanks.

No, you don't. I have the card and didn't have a relationship with the bank prior to applying for it.
